Griffith University (Multiple)

Cornerstone has delivered hydraulic services across multiple Griffith University campuses, including Gold Coast, Nathan, South Bank, and Logan, supporting a wide range of infrastructure upgrades, specialised installations, and ongoing maintenance works.

The Cornerstone team has been engaged to carry out drainage and water service installations across various buildings and facilities, including works within teaching spaces, amenities, and plant areas. These projects often require careful coordination within live campus environments, ensuring minimal disruption to staff, students, and daily operations.

A key component of these works includes the installation and support of specialised systems within science and laboratory environments, including large-scale reverse osmosis plant connections and associated infrastructure. These installations require a high level of precision and understanding to ensure systems operate reliably within demanding conditions.

Cornerstone has also undertaken extensive maintenance and upgrade works across existing infrastructure, including the testing and replacement of ageing or corroded pipework, repairs to existing systems, and upgrades to hot water plant and distribution systems. These proactive works are critical in preventing failures, minimising downtime, and maintaining the long-term performance of essential services.

Working across multiple campuses and building types, the team consistently delivers reliable, well-coordinated solutions that meet the standards required within large institutional environments. These projects highlight Cornerstone’s capability in managing both new installations and ongoing asset maintenance at scale, ensuring systems remain safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.
