The Cornerstone team delivered a comprehensive hydraulic services package for the Aqua Marine Medical & Wellness Centre, a high-end facility that seamlessly blends medical consulting spaces with luxury wellness and recovery environments. Designed to support both clinical precision and elevated client experiences, the project required a refined and highly coordinated approach across all stages of delivery.

Our scope included the installation of complete hot and cold water systems throughout both the medical and wellness areas, supported by multiple high-performance hot water units to ensure consistent, reliable supply across the entire facility. Services were carefully integrated within the building structure, including extensions through the car park level to deliver discreet connections to key features such as hydration stations and central wellness areas.

A defining element of the project was the delivery of tailored drainage solutions to support premium wellness amenities. This included specialised systems servicing plunge pools, ice baths, sauna areas, and treatment spaces, all designed to perform efficiently while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. In-wall tundish installations and concealed drainage infrastructure were incorporated throughout, allowing functionality to remain largely unseen while supporting the operational demands of the space.

The project also involved significant modification and integration of existing services, including the lowering and reconfiguration of drainage lines, extension of venting systems, and coordination of new connections within a constrained basement environment. Fire services were extended to suit the upgraded layout, while compliant backflow prevention and pressure control measures were implemented to protect and regulate the water supply.

Detailed fit-off works were carried out across consulting rooms, bathrooms, and shared wellness areas, including basins, showers, tea stations, and specialist equipment connections. Every element was delivered with precision and care, ensuring alignment with high-end architectural finishes and contributing to the overall refined look and feel of the facility.

Supporting works included core drilling, service penetrations, and the installation of passive fire protection systems, along with full testing, commissioning, and certification.
