The Cornerstone team delivered a complete hydraulic and drainage fit-out for Andonis Café & Bar, creating a reliable and efficient service infrastructure tailored to a modern hospitality environment. Designed to support a high-demand venue, the project required a well-coordinated approach to ensure all systems performed seamlessly under daily use.

Cornerstone installed full hot and cold water services throughout the tenancy, supporting kitchen operations, beverage stations, and amenities. Each system was configured to deliver consistent performance while allowing for ease of maintenance and long-term reliability.

Trade waste and sanitary drainage formed a key component of the project, with systems designed to handle the demands of a commercial kitchen environment. This included under-slab drainage, venting, and the integration of floor wastes and tundish connections to support equipment such as dishwashers, coffee machines, and ice machines.

Fit-off works were completed across all areas of the venue, including the kitchen, servery, and bathroom facilities. Fixtures and equipment were installed with precision and aligned with joinery and finishes to ensure a clean, functional result throughout the space.

Delivered within a commercial tenancy, the project also involved coordination with base build conditions, including concrete cutting, excavation, and reinstatement works. The Cornerstone team ensured all services were installed efficiently and in line with program requirements.

Drawing on extensive experience across cafés, bars, and hospitality venues—including the delivery of multiple Café 63 locations—Cornerstone brings a strong understanding of the operational requirements of these environments.
