The Cornerstone team delivered a complete hydraulic and gas services installation for Burger Urge, supporting the delivery of a high-performance commercial kitchen environment. Designed to meet the demands of a fast-paced hospitality venue, the project required a coordinated and detail-focused approach to ensure all systems operated safely, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Cornerstone installed a complete gas system to service commercial cooking equipment, including fryers and griddles, incorporating key safety components such as gas solenoid controls, filtration, and safeguard systems. All works were commissioned and certified to ensure safe, reliable operation in line with industry standards.

Hydraulic services included the installation of hot and cold water systems throughout the tenancy, with connections provided to kitchen, bar, and back-of-house areas. Services were extended under slab where required to suit the layout of front counter equipment, ensuring seamless integration across all operational zones.

Fit-off works were completed across all areas of the venue, including bar, kitchen, and preparation spaces. This included connections for dishwashers, glass washers, ice machines, sinks, and basins, along with the installation of specialised fixtures such as knee-operated hand basins to support hygiene and compliance within the kitchen environment.

Drainage and tundish connections were integrated throughout to support equipment discharge and maintain performance under high-use conditions. All systems were delivered with a focus on durability, accessibility, and long-term reliability.

Drawing on extensive experience across cafés, restaurants, and hospitality chains—including repeat work with brands such as Café 63 and Zarraffa’s—Cornerstone brings a strong understanding of the operational demands of these environments. This allows each project to be delivered with confidence, consistency, and a clear focus on performance.

Delivered within a commercial tenancy fit-out, the project required close coordination with other trades to meet program timelines and ensure a smooth installation process. The result is a robust and compliant hydraulic and gas system that supports the day-to-day operation of a high-demand hospitality venue.
